Seven Steps To Having Your Web Site

Stage 1 - Dreaming

Dream about marketing your business or service on the Internet.
Look at other sites and note what you like or dislike about them.
Look at our web site to see what we've done.
You then decide to work with us.

Stage 2 - Contact

Contact us by telephone or email and we can start discussing your dream.
You print out the Web Page Planning Worksheet.
We get together with you to discuss your ideas and go through the Worksheet in detail.

Stage 3 - Sending

Web Page Planning Worksheet.
Written content for your web page(s), eg. Brochures, etc.
Photos, graphics, clip art, company logo, samples etc.
Signed web page design and maintenance agreement (this will be faxed to you) and includes our written quotation.
Check for at least 50% of the quoted price.

Stage 4 - Construction & Feedback

We'll take the materials you send and your ideas and put together a set of linked pages. We then upload a first draft to your web space on our site (or a demo space if you are still securing a server)
We'll email you the URL and you take a look and email us your feedback.
We make changes and continue building.

Stage 5 - Fine Tuning

You'll be looking carefully at your web page(s), making suggestions and/or corrections. We keep this up till we meet your specifications and get your approval.

Stage 6 - Registering

You send us a check for the balance.
We upload the final production.
You send us 6 keyword and we develop Meta Tags for your welcome page that a web search robot will find and index.
We register your site with free search engines or submit it for a fee (developing a 25 word sentence with no more than 200 characters that best describes your organization, or business, using as many keywords as possible.
Within a few days to a few weeks, the search engines will have listed you and you can expect visitors to start coming to your site.

Stage 7 - What You Do

We hope you will be happy with your web masters and your site.
