US SHIPPING CHARGES:
Depends on the destination. Not all items ship from the same
location so you may incur multi-location postal charges. Lincoln
Enterprises ship from Trinidad. CD and video selections are shipped
from Texas, Barbados and Trinidad. If orders are split-shipped, you will have to pay all
applicable postage costs.
We utilize US Priority Mail charged at a minimum of $3.50 US.
CONTINENTAL US DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
I aim for approximately 7-14 days if your order is available. I
do not hold stock as I am an online store and order stock to fill
orders ONLY. Please make sure you enter your address correctly.
You will be charged for shipping if we have to re-ship because of
an address error.
NON-US SHIPPING AND HANDLING SCHEDULE:
Global Priority Mail: approximately 14-30 days to certain locations (including APO & FPO), Barbados postal mail from Barbados, Trinidad postal mail from Trinidad.
FedEx and other courier services can be requested and account numbers given.
We will ship everywhere. Total shipping charges will be calculated when you place your order and you will be notified by email. Local duties or taxes may apply. The correct amount will be declared to Customs.
RETURN POLICY:
If any item arrives damaged, please send Email to francie@iere.com to have the item
re-shipped. Please hold the damaged merchandise, the carton and
all packing materials.
BACKORDERS (Out of Stock Items):
US customers: if any items are backordered
when you place your order, you will be given the option by Email
of specifying whether to hold the order until all items are in
stock, or to ship the order immediately and to backorder, or
cancel, any backordered item (s). The option to ship available item (s), and to backorder the remaining
item (s) will incur
shipping costs for each order. It is not possible to estimate how
long a backorder will require to fill.
Non-US Customers: Because of mailing costs,
the order will be held until all items are filled but you may
choose to have unavailable items cancelled or backordered and the
remainder shipped.
